Tis the Season at the Legislature

no matter what you think about politics, the legislature is sure a place for people at this time of year. I couldn’t wait to get there yesterday afternoon for the light up ceremony. Arrived a little late but in time todrink hot chocolate inside the rotunda and hear some wonderful music before and after taking photos outside. It helped me get into the holiday spirit.This is the second time taking photos of seasonal lights with  my new camera and did take some totally manual shots but went back to aperture priority and shutter priority where I still get the best results and feel the most comfortable. Hard to pick my favourites but here goes….
