Was sneaking through the bush to get a shot of this while they were circling around me to get at the feed. There was one male and two females, though you can see the tip of one female only. f/5.6 at 1/30 sec ISO 400 300mm.

    • too bad there wasn’t another photographer taking a picture of all of us skulking around in the bushes-could have been quite funny.

  2. Where have all the pheasants gone. When i moved here they were in the Falls, but no more. Nice capture.

    • Thank you. When I looked up their lifespan it was only 18 months-don’t know if this is due to coyotes fox, other birds of prey, etc.. There were over forty released in the area at the beginning of the month at the golf course , that is why I am spotting them.
