Alberta Skies

I mentioned in a comment to a follower that I watched a documentary on TV last night that stated that Alberta has the most hail storms in the world. This is due to the proximity to the mountains, large cold masses meeting warm air masses and enormous up draft. This makes for some beautiful clouds. Luckily these did not bring hail in this area, but it could have. We got some showers instead. I worked with the editing on this machine and used some automatic lighting settings and was quite impressed. It made the greens and blues brighter and defined the contrast, like an HDR.
