A Review of the Photos of 2014
Oh, I think this is going to be hard. There are six days left in the year so I will look at January and February photos of 2014 and try to post the best or some that I have not posted (ha, like I would remember).Just a review before I go forward into 2015, which means that I will have to be disciplined and post every day. Let me begin now and see if I can pull this off.
My first challenge is the black-capped chickadee. They are friendly, will even land on my telephoto lens but then they are too close. The trick is to have patience, good light and a good setting with a fast shutter speed because they are constantly on the move.
next is a photo of a x-country ski trail that I used painter’s tools to “paint”
This is my tribute to the curiosity and entertainment provided by the Red squirrels in the park
Other images to capture are the Hairy Woodpeckers…
and the sledders on the home made toboggan run on Family Day in February
and getting together with my photog friends
Will I see the Pileated Woodpeckers this year? I sure hope so…
Maybe I will see some new birds this year.as well as spend more time with friends..
