Swollen North Saskatchewan

The river is over the banks but nowhere near as devastating as in Calgary , High River, Canmore and some of the reserves in southern Alberta. My prayers are with you.

    • Sad to say one elderly lady drowned in her basement apartment and 3 others died, too. Many homes beyond repair and still under water.

  2. Jeez! Sure has been a lot of crazy weather. I think Mother Nature is cleaning house…it seems to happen every ten years or so. Thoughts and prayers are with all of you in Alberta.

    • Thanks for your thoughts, David. I have been unaffected but my heart is with them, too as with the families who have been ravaged by the twisters in the south..

    • I can’t imagine how hot that is and what problems come from it-people dying and cars overheating, crop failure, etc. I know Eastern Canada is having a heat wave.I guess we all do the best we can. I guess the birds hide out in cooler spots.
